The Board of Directors, Anambra Broadcasting Service was established by virtue of section 4 Edict Number 6 of 1985.
The Board consists of a Chairman, the Permanent Secretary in the State Ministry of Information as ex Officio member and not more than four other members.
The Board sees to the effective running, planning and development of the ABS by functioning as the governing body of the service. The board also has the responsibility of managing, keeping and preserving all the property of the service.
